Welcome to Flag & Lace. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and online store and to any purchases you make from us.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and place an order. By doing so, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Our Products
We aim to display product descriptions, images, colours and sizing as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, and product availability is not guaranteed.
In some cases, product images may show pre-production samples. Any differences between samples and final items are minor and do not affect the overall design or quality.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or change products at any time.
4. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is incorrectly priced, stock is unavailable, fraud or misuse is suspected, or a technical or system error has occurred.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) by default.
If you select the United States as your shipping destination, prices may also be displayed in USD ($) for convenience. The currency shown at checkout will be the currency you are charged in.
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For US orders, customs duties and import taxes are covered by us where stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.
Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to the United States.
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of the order being placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, strikes, weather conditions or other events outside our control.
Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we cover customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees for US orders.
7. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of products passes to you once payment has been received in full.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
8. Pre-Orders
If a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase. Estimated dispatch dates are provided as guidance only and may change. Payment is taken at the time the pre-order is placed.
If there is a significant delay or we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you and offer the option to keep your order or receive a full refund.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once all items are available unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
UK customers
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
If you cancel within this period, you must return the items within 14 days of cancellation. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs.
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day returns period for unworn and unused items in original packaging. Full details are available in our UK Returns & Refunds policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
US customers
Different returns and exchange rules apply to orders shipped to the United States.
In particular, exchanges are not available for US orders, and return shipping costs for US orders are the customer’s responsibility, except where items are faulty or incorrect.

10. Promotions, Discount Codes and Gift Offers
Discount codes and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, may be limited to one use per customer, cannot usually be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Misuse of discount codes or promotions may result in an order being cancelled.
11. Accounts and Website Use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt or damage the website, copy, scrape or misuse website content, or abuse promotions or systems.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website if these Terms are breached.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and graphics, belongs to Flag & Lace or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
13. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, feedback, images or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use, display and share this content for marketing or website purposes. You keep ownership of your content.
14. Website Availability and Errors
We do our best to keep our website running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
We are not responsible for temporary downtime, technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect pricing caused by system faults.
If an error affects your order, we will correct it or offer a refund.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, Flag & Lace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business, or website downtime or technical issues.
Our total liability in relation to any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, strikes, transport disruptions, natural events or government actions.
17. International Orders (Including the United States)
Separate shipping, returns and refund terms apply to orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, including orders shipped to the United States.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the US policy, the US policy will apply to US orders.
18. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and applies from the date it is posted.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
UK consumer cancellation rights apply only to UK customers. US orders are subject to applicable US law and the terms set out in our US Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.
