Free UK Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

At Flag & Lace, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, this policy explains your rights and options regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges in the UK.

Different returns and exchange rules apply to orders shipped to the United States. Full details are set out in our US Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Returns

• You may return or exchange items free of charge up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• To start a return, simply log in to your Flag & Lace account and submit a request. Our team will review it within 1-2 working days and, once approved, we’ll email you a return label for you to print and attach to your parcel.

2. Exchanges

• We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
• If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead. 
• To start an exchange, simply log in to your Flag & Lace account and submit a request.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email.
• We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
