US Shipping, Returns and Refunds

This policy applies only to orders shipped to the United States from the United Kingdom. Different rules apply to UK orders.

1. Shipping to the United States

We ship orders to the United States from the UK.
Shipping cost: $29.99 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days (excluding customs clearance).
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other factors outside our control.

2. Customs, Duties and Taxes (DDP)

All US orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means we cover all customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. You will not be charged additional customs or import fees on delivery.

3. Exchanges for US Orders

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not offer exchanges on US orders.
Please carefully review sizing information, product details and your order before purchasing.

4. Returns for US Orders

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was shipped, provided that items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached and returned in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs for US orders are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide prepaid return labels for US returns.
The original shipping cost ($29.99) is non-refundable.

5. Refunds for US Orders

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds cover the item price only. Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (US Orders)

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@flagandlace.com, including clear photos where possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed and original shipping costs will also be refunded.

7. Important Information for US Customers

We recommend double-checking size guides and product descriptions before ordering.
This policy applies only to US orders and cannot be combined with our UK returns policy.
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under US law.
